MS 3-L Hand Held
This is a low cost hand held instrument ideal for the measurement of conductivity in the laboratory, or for field use.
The probe is PVC, with carbon electrodes.
It is available in two versions: MS-3L with 0-200uS, 0-2mS, 0-20mS ranges and MS-3H with 0-2mS, 0-20mS, 0-200mS ranges

EPP25 Electrodeless Conductivity Probe:
|
|
|
|
 |
The EPP25 forms the basis of a number of low cost electrodeless conductivity systems, allowing the measurement of conductivity by inductive means. Being non-contact, there are no electrodes to foul up or polarise, and accuracy is maintained for long periods without cleaning or maintenance.

Standard EPP25 probe in polypropylene
Traditionally, conductivity of aqueous solutions is measured using electrode pairs. This is not always ideal in situations where the electrodes get contaminated and covered in particles, giving false readings.
The EPP25 electrodeless conductivity probe works on magnetic principles that do not require the high maintenance of contact electrode technology to give 'crud-free' accurate conductivity measurements.
The probe body is moulded from polypropylene, giving excellent chemical resistance and mechanical strength. The probe is suitable for tank mounting, T-Piece, or Dip configuration.
Operating temperature is -10 to +50C, with built-in temperature compensation sensor.
The EPP25 is also available in PVDF and PEEK for higher temperature applications.
There are a wide variety of signal interfacing and control unit options, allowing dose pump, valve operation, together with 4-20mA and display options.

EPP25SMT Electrodeless Conductivity Sensor :
The EPP25SMT version electrodeless sensor contains an integral on-board SMT circuit and the output can be used as a directly readable signal, without further conditioning. This is an entirely unique low cost sensor, bringing conductivity measurement into the 'plug and play' arena.

The EPP25SMT is a new development which incorporates the electronics package into the probe body using SMT technology.
The result is a very versatile and compact sensor, which may be used in many applications which have been hitherto impossible because of cost, space or complexity. Just apply supply volts, and conductivity is immediately available at the output.
The output is 0 - 2V, and there are three span ranges available, 0 - 2000uS, 0 - 20mS, 0 - 200mS.
Temperature is available at the output as a 10mV/C signal, allowing external compensation to be achieved.
Operating temperature is 0 - 50C.
Supply voltages are +/- 6 to +/- 12VDC, at 12mA.

IL-SMT In-Line Conductivity Sensor
|
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
The IL series conductivity sensor is designed for applications where a compact conductivity sensor is required, with all the benefits of electrodeless design coupled with the space saving packaging afforded by in-line design. This sensor may be inserted dirtectly in process feed lines, making it very versatile indeed.
Outputs are temperature and conductivity, with spans of 0-2000uS, 0-20mS, 0-200mS standard options. The signal processing electronics is integral as with the EPP25SMT. Please E-mail us if you would like to discuss in-line conductivity sensor options.

The CC1 Conductivity Readout:
This unit provides the user with display of conductivity and temperature, and is compatible with the EPP25 range of electrodeless sensors. The unit is powered from 24VDC
Signal conditioning includes temperature compensation (settable to 0> 3.000 % in 0.001% steps) and a settable alarm level which can be used to control up to two relays to achieve dosing control.
4-20mA outputs of temperature and mS are available.

UV meters:
Moranlord hand-held UV meters are small highly portable units for use in any situation where light needs to be monitored for potentially harmful UV content, eg preserving museum artefacts.
Wavelengths that can be measured are UV A B & C.
Hand-held Ultraviolet Monitor UV-300:
This lightweight instrument measures UV levels in milliwatts per square metre in the UV-A region, and is primarily intended for the monitoring of safe levels of UV in museums and galleries.
